GENERAL CONTRACTING
With this service Ross Builders will be responsible for constructing your project in accord with completed contract document specifications/drawings. Ross Builders will typically be responsible to supply all material, labor, equipment and services necessary for project construction. Often times we will farm out parts of the project to pre-qualified subcontractors who specialize in particular construction trades but we will also self perform a good portion of the work with our own forces. By self performing portions of the work, we are able to better control the schedule/costs as well as quality, which in turn makes us more competitive and provides the Owner the best value for their investment.
