CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
This service is mostly utilized when Owners need to focus on their own business or on complex/multi-phased projects, where budget, time and/or quality are exceptional concerns. With this service Ross Builder’s is typically hired prior too or during the design phase and works directly with the Architect to avoid any errors and omissions in the drawings prior to starting construction. Other responsibilities include project management, cost management, time management and quality/safety management. With Construction Management Ross Builders is able to "fast track" construction which is a major time and cost savings to the Owner. With Construction Management there are two basic contractual approaches which are (1) Construction Manager as Agent and (2) Construction Manager at Risk.
