1964-	Ross Builders starts and operates in the capacity as carpentry subcontractor.
1971-	The first office is opened in North Ridgeville, Ohio
1970's-	Company adds services of General Contracting and Construction Management. Projects completed during these years were industrial plants, high rises, offices/warehouse, restaurants and condominiums.
1979-	A new office was built to accommodate the growth, located at 38850 Center Ridge Road in North Ridgeville is where the company now currently operates.
1984-	The company became incorporated in the state of Ohio.
1985-	Ross Builders Company Inc., completes its first multi-million dollar project; the Harbor Condominiums of Sandusky.
1990's	Ross Builders expands its portfolio to include medical facilities, schools, churches, private clubs and private residences. Additionally, Ross Builders begins to implement amongst its other services the “design build” approach.
Today-	Ross Builders continues to expand/diversify and is now a member of the United States Green Building Council in an effort to become more socially responsible and continue to build the future as it always has with quality and integrity.
